What is Red Covenant

Overview

Red Covenant marks our premier venture into the mobile gaming arena as part of the Avarik Saga ecosystem. As a mobile anime/waifu RPG game, players explore and invite demi-goddesses, known as the Forsaken, to embark on an extraordinary journey. The game unfolds in the expansive, mystical world of Avarik, steeped in the lore of blood magic and dark witchcraft, and serves as a portal to the uncharted. Here, players will embark on quests to explore, conquer, and demystify a realm filled with ancient powers and uncharted adventures.

At the heart of Red Covenant's allure is its compelling storyline and gameplay mechanics, revolving around the symbiotic relationship between the Bondkeeper (Main Character) and the Forsaken. This bond is sealed in a ritual where the Forsaken partakes of the Bondkeeper's blood, forging a covenant that bars the Forsaken from harming the Bondkeeper and bestows the Forsaken with augmented abilities influenced by the Bondkeeper's traits. This innovative narrative not only enriches the game's universe but also introduces fresh gameplay dynamics, elevating the player's experience.

Distinctively positioned in the mobile gaming market, Red Covenant seamlessly bridges the evolving Web 3.0 ecosystem with the traditional Web 2.0 gaming community. It thoughtfully integrates Web 3.0 elements, ensuring they complement rather than disrupt the fundamental gaming experience. This inclusive approach allows engagement from all players, regardless of their Web 3.0 involvement, broadening its appeal. By aiming for the mass market and not just the Web 3.0 niche, Red Covenant is set to carve out a substantial presence in the mobile gaming industry, leveraging its primary platform effectively.

The game adopts a traditional In-App Purchase (IAP) model for monetization, a strategy well-established in mobile gaming. This model offers a straightforward and familiar user experience while securing a consistent revenue stream for the game. Through this approach, Red Covenant is designed to attract a diverse audience, ranging from casual to hardcore gamers.

On the other hand, a web-based dedicated market will exist for in-game assets that will power the Web3 economy. Here, Web3 players will be able to exchange assets with each other and trade them. More details will follow under the Tokenomics overview.
